Cinnamon Roll Cake

I came across this recipe the other day while surfing the web. Cinnamon rolls have to be one of my all time favorite things...warm, gooey, cinnamony! What could be better on a cold winter afternoon with a hot cup of coffee. This recipe is on my to do list this weekend. If you try it out..let me know how you like.

Cake
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted

Topping
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon

 Glaze
2 c. powdered sugar
5 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together all cake ingredients except melted butter. After mixing, slowly add melted butter. Pour batter into a greased 9"x13" pan. Mix topping ingredients together until well combined and drop spoonfuls over the top of the batter. Swirl the topping into the batter using a knife and bake at 350° for 28-32 minutes.

After removing cake from oven, mix together glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm cake.
