Cupcake Classes

 Beginning Thursday August 4th, Sugar Artists Emporium will be running four weeks of cupcake classes. Each Thursday evening from 6:30 pm - 8 pm we'll have a different class theme.

The first week's class will be piping flowers. It's summertime and we're all enjoying the beautiful flowers in bloom throughout the valley. Why not make some pretty flower cupcakes for your next get together. Cupcakes are so popular right now. They're just the right size for an individual dessert...and no utensils needed!

We will be showing you how to turn your cupcakes into a pretty floral display that will brighten up any dessert table. Thursday night's class will include the pansy, chrysanthemum, sunflower and zinnia...all popular summer flowers.

If you would like to join us for the first class, please reserve your spot no later than Monday August 1st. You will need to bring at least 12 cupcakes, that are fairly level, to class with you. We will provide all of the remaining supplies including buttercream icing, piping bags and all tips required for these particular flowers.

The class size is limited to 10 students, so make your reservations early. We will consider adding an additional Saturday morning class if there is enough interest. The cost of the class is $10.00 per person. We hope to see you for our first decorating class and we look forward to many more project classes!
